poomsae

A training system where students repeatedly practice various attack and defense techniques that can be applied in real life situations, developing strength, endurance, balance, agility, quick reaction and flexibility.

Self defense

Practitioners learn to defend themselves and those under their protection from certain threats by using Taekwondo techniques without any restrictions.

olympic sparring

Person to person sport where Taekwondo athletes compete by freely attacking and defending limitedly allowed parts (trunk, head) based on techniques allowed under competition rules established in advance.

character development

Learn to be socially, psychologically and behaviorally competent to effectively cope with various challenges and demands in life.
